We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We only ship our camping, hiking, 4WD and caravan products within Australia and New Zealand at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience, though we are working on ways to ship internationally.
We do not have any stores you can visit in person. We are an online only business.
Our products are shipped from Oakleigh South, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Our clothing products are made on demand to reduce environmental impacts. They’re mainly produced on the Australian east coast, but depending on local demand, your orders may be printed and shipped from an international facility that can do it most efficiently.
